  1. i was sick 4-5 a year for more than five years. then for the last few years i have not had a sick day no flu no coughs no asthama no headaches just by looking after my immune system 10,000 iu
    vitamin d3 and 50 grms zinc get a good night sleep and breathing properly through my nose never breathing through my mouth i feel great at 65 years


  2. and i will not take vaccine my mother died taking vaccine she was only 46years of age
    God gave us immune system to look after ourselves> No smoking or drugs in my system… just sleep and breathing properly and eating eight eggs a day
