The police in Balrampur district have arrested two people for allegedly gang-raping and murdering a 22-year-old woman who was employed at a private firm.

“Some media channels are reporting that her back, hands and legs were broken. This has not been ascertained in the post-mortem,” said Balrampur SP Dev Ranjan Verma. However, a further probe into the matter was on, he added.

  1. These are situations too cruel for the victims, women. But the most shameful thing is having a government that does not toughen the laws to prevent such abuses. It’s sad that there are still countries in which women are considered a simple object without rights.
¡There are no words to describe such unscrupulous men!
